Hi, I'm Vi (they/she). I first became an employee coach and trainer in 2016, and instantly fell in love with doing that type of work. Since then, I've trained with the American Coaching Academy, continued to coach clients in reaching their personal goals, and taught self-help workshops to a variety of groups. Along the way, I've developed a passion for helping others create a life that truly reflects them. As a coach and educator, I strive to create an environment that feels safe for curiosity, self-reflection, and creative thinking.
